Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform. The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance while demonstrating a deep understanding of our platform and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and potential issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Continuously gather and analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant insights with clients and colleagues.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Office Suite.
