Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues related to our platform and services. The Customer Support Agent will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to our platform and services, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform's features and capabilities, in order to provide accurate and effective support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to continuously improve our client experience.
  • Monitor and track client inquiries and feedback, identifying patterns and trends that may inform future product improvements or training opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing relevant insights with clients and colleagues.



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within a SaaS or technology-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the digital advertising landscape is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
